1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "You") and 689bt (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of the 689bt website located at https://689bt.app, all associated mobile applications, games, sports betting products, payment services, promotional programmes, and customer support services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing 689bt, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or using any feature of the 689bt platform in any capacity, you conclusively confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by all provisions set forth herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using 689bt and close your account if one has been created.

1.1 Governing Language

The governing language of this Agreement and all communications between 689bt and its users is English. Where any translation of this Agreement is provided for reference purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

1.2 Amendments to This Agreement

689bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 689bt will notify registered users via a prominent notice on the platform, via the registered email address, or via WhatsApp notification where applicable. The effective date of any revised Agreement will be clearly stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 689bt platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason under the laws applicable in Bangladesh, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions of this Agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the 689bt platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. 689bt operates a strict 18+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming principles. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. 689bt reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the deposit.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

689bt primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is each user's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gaming and betting services is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any wager. 689bt makes no representation that its services are legal or available in any specific location outside its primary operating region. 2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one account on 689bt. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same mobile number, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where 689bt identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, 689bt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending wagers, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold any winnings generated while operating in breach of this policy. Repeated violations may result in a permanent ban from the platform.

2.5 KYC Verification

3. Account Obligations

This includes your name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and payment method details. If any of your account information changes, you are required to update it promptly through the account settings section of the platform or by contacting customer support. 689bt shall not be responsible for any delays, losses, or complications arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

3.4 Account Activity Responsibility

3.5 Inactive Accounts

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

689bt supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 689bt does not accept payments in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of users.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 689bt is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one banking business day for bank transfer methods. 689bt does not charge any processing fee on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are your responsibility. 689bt reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any deposit above ৳50,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals from 689bt are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during BST business hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours during BST business hours.
• Withdrawals of ৳50,000 or above may be subject to additional identity verification steps.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Obligations

689bt maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with its operational obligations. 689bt reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds originate from criminal activity, that the account is being used for money laundering, or that the transaction would be in breach of 689bt's AML policies. In such cases, 689bt may be required to retain relevant information and transaction records and may not be in a position to disclose the reasons for any delay or withholding of funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

In addition to those specific terms, all bonuses are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the promotion in question.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses awarded to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagers placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games, virtual sports, and certain high-RTP slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate towards meeting the wagering requirement. 5.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses are subject to a validity period from the date they are credited to your account. If the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically without notice. 6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on 689bt are subject to acceptance by the platform. 689bt reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet exceeds the applicable stake limit for the market in question, where there is a suspected error in the odds or game parameters, or where 689bt has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity. A bet is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation reference number from the platform.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game, market, and bet type and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface at the time of placing the wager. 689bt reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits at its discretion, including for accounts identified as professional or advantage players.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game error that results in an incorrect payout, incorrect odds display, or game outcome that could not have been intended under normal operating conditions, 689bt reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake amount to the accounts of affected players. Winnings generated as a result of a clearly erroneous payout or odds error are not valid and will not be honoured. 689bt will investigate all reported errors promptly and communicate outcomes to affected players.

6.4 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For live cricket betting markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and other cricket fixtures covered by 689bt, the following additional rules apply:

• All match bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or declared a no-result, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules for the specific market as displayed in the betting interface.
• Live in-play bets are accepted on a best-efforts basis and may be suspended at any time during a match at 689bt's discretion.
• Ball-by-ball markets are subject to a minimum delay to prevent abuse of live score data feeds.
• Any bet suspected of being placed with knowledge of the outcome — including match-fixing scenarios — will be voided and the account investigated.

6.5 Casino Game Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using VPN services or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location for any purpose.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward 689bt staff, customer support agents, or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Charging back any deposit made to 689bt via a payment provider without first raising a formal dispute through 689bt's customer support process.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 689bt

689bt reserves the right to suspend your account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: you have breached any provision of this Agreement; your account is being used for fraudulent or criminal activity; your account is at risk of unauthorised access; or where required by applicable legal obligations. During a suspension period, you will not be able to log in, place wagers, or request withdrawals. 689bt will communicate the reason for suspension to you as soon as it is able to do so, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure.

8.2 Closure by 689bt

689bt reserves the right to permanently close your account where: you have materially breached this Agreement; you have engaged in prohibited conduct as set out in Section 7; you have provided fraudulent or false documentation; your account has been involved in confirmed money laundering or fraud; or you have repeatedly violated the platform's terms despite prior warnings. In the event of closure for cause, 689bt reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and, where supported by evidence of fraudulent activity, to withhold any remaining real-money balance pending investigation.

8.3 Voluntary Closure by the User
